At Jumping Jacks we do our very best to make childcare affordable and straightforward for all our families. To help with this, we offer a 10% discount for siblings and single-parent families. If you think this applies to you, please feel free to speak to a member of the management team.

There are also several ways you may be able to reduce your childcare costs. If you are eligible, we encourage parents to explore the childcare element of Universal Credit or make use of the Government’s Tax-Free Childcare scheme, both of which can offer valuable savings. We are also registered with a range of childcare voucher providers that support working parents through tax-free childcare contributions.

All invoices are sent in advance and are payable by the 1st of each month for the month ahead. We completely understand that things can occasionally be missed; however, if payment has not been received by the 7th of the month, a £25 administration charge will be added to the next invoice. This charge is not something we like to apply, but it helps cover the additional administration involved in managing late payments. A further £25 charge will apply each month while the balance remains outstanding.
